Over the last few weeks we have continued to work on the app, working through how the user journey works, to best suit our customers.

This is the account set up process that we have created, it is simple with only four steps, which can be skipped at any time if the user wants to go straight to browsing clothes.

Above is a selects of the shopping pages. The first shows the home page, where different items or collections can be showcased. Next is the search page and the last two show what the various shopping pages look like.

This selection is process of selecting an item to checking out. The first two show one of the items and how a size is selected. When scrolling down you can see how we have integrated Good On You’s rating system so that the customer knows that what they are renting is doing good for the workers, the environment and animals. The thirsd phone shows what the bag my look like and lastly the checkout shows how the user can easily check out their items.

One of the positives of using an app is how we can integrate notification to be able to send the user reminders. The above show examples of two of these reminders. This helps streamline the process of reminding the user when their garments are due back.
