Refresh is ultimately a system, we will rely heavily on the following stakeholders for our company to run effectively.

Partnerships
Refresh would have partnerships with other organisations which would benefit both parties in terms of exposure and positive mutual association.
Partnerships include:
- Good On You – which is the clothing brand sustainability and ethics rating system we will partner with in order to audit our suppliers and convert this information into user-friendly diagrams consumers can understand.
- Composting/recycling facilities – we will need to look into partnering with composting and recyling facilities in order to best dispose of garments at the end of their life cycle minimising our environmental impact.
- Social media influencers – our marketing plan is likely to include social media influencers since we are an online business targeting millenials. We would partner with them offering subscriptions in exchange for social media posts/campaigns.
Ethical Designers / Brands
Established designers would gain recognition for their sustainable behaviours, through Refresh’s Good On You ratings. They would also receive exposure for longer periods of time through subscription services and through users posting stories in the garment. Both factors leading to increased customer loyalty.
Members
Refresh users have many benefits including: Saving money by borrowing instead of buying garments outright, access to a huge variety of ethical and sustainable designer garments, an easy filtering system to match garments that best suit their values, review of a transparent supply chain for every garment, the knowledge you are consuming in a responsible circular system and the chance to be a part of a conscious fashion community.
Institutions
Once established, Refresh could develop graduate programs in partnership with Fashion Departments in NZ Universities. These programs would allow us to grow as a business with our own home brand created by fresh talent. We would teach students design for durability and circularity techniques that will enable them to become a Refresh in-house designer. This will increase graduate success statistics along with making the university fashion program more desired by students worldwide aiming to design for Refresh.
Up and coming designers have the opportunity to enter Refresh’s graduate program which offers them support and exposure starting up their career as a Refresh Designer. Refresh opens up a unique pathway for environmentally concious designers to make a change.
