Our next step is testing our business concept to ensure that it is viable and relevant to our target audience (female millennials).

After conducting some research online we have developed the following plan for testing:
- Build a prototype.
We are currently in the process of developing a prototype app design that is functional (can click through different screens)
We will also develop a prototype for our brand identity (logo, slogan, colours, fonts) - Get feedback and test with target market.
We have already conducted a survey of 50 respondants.
Our next step is to conduct a focus group of potential customers in order to get feedback on our prototype and have our ideas really fleshed out and picked apart so that we can develop them further more specifically catering to this market. - Tweak our idea.
Make changes according to our feedback. - Create a landing page website.
Using LeadPages or ClickFunnels - Create a small social media campaign (link to landing page)
Measure the amount of clicks/interest to guage how many people are interested in the concept.
If we were actually considering launching we would collect email addresses at this stage (to follow up with when we actually launch). A growing email database means your target market approves of your idea whereas a page that receives little to no sign-ups indicates lack of demand.
